Elektro Sunko gets more out of business with 1Suite CRM

The electric company Elektro Sunko uses the 1Suite CRM software solution for managing 25 employees. Elektro Sunko uses the ressource plan module for planing the employees and the 1Suite CRM app so that every employee gets their daily tasks.

The Challenge

Elektro Sunko is a electricity company located in Austria and has about 25 employees. Most of them are electricians how work at customers from Monday to Friday. 

The challenge for the company was that they didn’t have a perfect time tracking tool, they uses paper for track their time. So it was much work every day to put in the numbers from paper to an excel sheet and to transfer this data to their personell accounting.

With 1Suite CRM all their employees use the App to track their time. So all data is gathered automatically and every employees knows at every time about his time, overal hours and open holidays.

In addition to that with the resource plan module, Sunko can now do a weekly plan and can to a forecast with the next two months.
